23日の東京外国為替市場で、円相場は対ユーロで一時1ユーロ＝123円台前半まで上昇し、2002年12月以来の円高・ユーロ安水準となりました。ユーロは対円で今年7月の高値から25%以上下落しており、このところ急落が目立っています
